- Roof complete on site
- Gable End siding complete on site (front and rear completed
at factory)
- Double Hung Windows
- Standard Carpet
- Standard Linoleum
- Permanent Lalley columns and installation
- Tyvek House Wrap
- Venmar air exchange system
- Initial repair of any stress cracks due to shipment and set
- Installation of basement stairs
- Install any un-hung drywall on the marriage wall and plumbing
access in ceiling (if any)
- Adjustment to interior and exterior doors and cabinetry
- Installation of interior doors located on the marriage wall
- Install shipped loose smoke detectors
- Install shipped loose light fixtures
- Mount the electric panel on the foundation wall
- Tie in all electric lead lines from other modular units
