1. Financing
We have local financial institutions that are familiar with our
product and process. Please feel free to contact one of the lenders

2. Building Lot
We do not currently offer real estate services however, if you
have any doubt if a lot is conducive to modular construction contact
us and one of our site coordinators will do a free consultation.
3. Choose or Design Custom Floorplans
We have many floorplans to select from which can be ordered as
is or with customization. You can even design your own home. It
will also be necessary to select options and features at this point.
4. Order Home
Once all options and colors are selected for the home and all necessary
paperwork is completed your house will be ordered and placed on
the factory’s production schedule.
5. Set
We will coordinate the delivery of each module and schedule the
crew and crane to set the home. This process is most often compelted
in just 1 day!
6. Button Up
There is a variety of tasks that need to be completed by WilliamsBrooke
Homes once the home is set on the foundation. Some of these tasks
are completing roofing, siding and trim, installation of basement stairs,
etc.
